Yesterday, America’s Next Top Model started Cycle 15 and with that, the Fall 2010 TV season is a go.
I missed yesterday’s episode. Notice I didn’t say sadly as I’m sure I’ve made my disdain for casting episodes clear in others I’ve recapped. But the little I did catch shows that Tyra wants the fashion world to take the show seriously, so they’ve cut ties with Seventeen—good-bye, Ann Shoket?—and the winner will get the cover and two spreads in Italian Vogue.
Haute couture indeed.
But the 14 wannabes we will be rooting for, hating or trying to recall their names this time next year will be:

Another note—The CW premiered its new show “Hellcats” behind ANTM. For a show about cheerleaders, it’s actually a lot better than the promos made it seem. Former Disney Darlings Alyson Michalka (“Phil of the Future”) and Ashley Tisdale (“The Suite Life of Zack and Cody,” “High School Musical” series) are great in their roles. I’m looking forward to this show.
