The Glee Project: We Found Love in a Hopeless Place

Last time on “The Glee Project”: The week’s theme was BLAKE CAN DO NO WRONG! Actually, it was tenacity and Amber Riley (Mercedes) decided Ali was the most tenacious Gleekabe. She got a lead role in the video for “Eye of the Tiger,” which featured an obstacle course to be completed in one take. The Gleekabes struggled, especially with double Dutch and shooting a basketball. In the end, the bottom three was Michael, Lily and Abraham. After the last chance performances, Abraham came out to make a last stand that was more of a tantrum. It sealed his fate and he was eliminated. Six Gleekabes remain, who will be eliminated tonight? Find out!

Don’t You Want Me, Baby?

Last time on “The Glee Project”: Recently-promoted-to-full-time cast member Harry Shum Jr (“Mike Chang” or “Other Asian”) stopped by to judge the Gleekabes on their ability to dance. Unsurprisingly, Damian didn’t win. Samuel won after cribbing Michael Jackson’s moves and then he cribbed Hannah’s form of “rapping” in the studio. Alex thought this was his to lose but when he does lose, he says he threw it so others could shine. This attitude lands him in the bottom three with Matheus and McKynleigh. Alex hits the high notes and Matheus takes off his shirts allowing both to stay. Despite showing a personality, McKynleigh got the cut. Eight Gleekabes remain, find out who gets slusheed tonight!

Baby, You’re a Firework…

So…The Glee Project. In a nice touch, the person who does the recaps before each Glee episode introduces you to what you need to know. Basically, they are looking for the next Glee cast and are using a reality show to cast it. They’ve narrowed it down from a few thousand contenders to twelve finalists. And if you’re wondering why I didn’t recap this, you’re obviously new to my blog. My name is AB and I hate casting episodes. I mean, they’re not bad but there are so many people thrown at you that it’s hard to keep everything straight. And that’s why I don’t recap them. So, let’s move on!
