When I saw the article at Playbill (I linked to the one at E! Online), my heart skipped a beat. I could not believe this was true but, alas, it is. Last time on “Smash:” Ivy was running circles doing promotional events for Bombshell. Derek tried to talk to her but she kept shutting him down. Jimmy was high and messed up! So he got fired! Tom and Julia are fighting! Jimmy and Kyle are fighting! Kyle steps off the curb and is greeted by bright lights!

Nostalgia Nook: Disney Adventures

When I was younger, I received four magazines: Highlights, American Girl, Nickelodeon and Disney Adventures. Of course I had a magazine put out by Disney—why wouldn’t I?

So let’s discuss it, shall we?

Disney Adventures came out monthly. And I loved to read it. It was my People magazine. News about different stars filled the pages. Stories about movies, TV shows and music were all presented to a tween/teen audience. Comics filled the back pages starring our favorite Disney characters.
